I signed up for the Open Qualifiers but did not receive a confirmation email, is this normal?

A confirmation email is send out manually, meaning you might have to wait a couple of minutes/hours to receive your confirmation email. 
This email also includes the details about how to pay the entry fee and send in your team logo.

 

I have paid the entry fee and send in my team logo, will I receive another confirmation email?

No, once your team has paid the entry fee, your team will be marked as confirmed in the DRGN League Discord server in the text channel #registered-teams.

When is the deadline to sign up for the EMEA/American Amateur League Open Qualifiers?

The deadline to sign up is up to 24 hours before the event starts or once the available spots are filled. For the EMEA region this is 64 spots, for the American region this is 32 spots. In the DRGN League Discord server you can keep track of the amount of signed up teams for each region in the text channel #registered-teams. The website automatically closes signup once the limit has been reached.

The available spots for a region have been filled and registration on the website is closed, can I somehow sign up in case a team cancels participation?

Yes. Once registration has been closed, teams who are signed up have up to 48 hours before the event start to cancel participation. 
To sign up and be put on a wait list, please contact DiamondJ_CS#6933 on Discord. The wait list can also be found in the text channel #registered-teams in the
DRGN League Discord server and the first team on hold will be notified once a spot is open.

Can I make changes to my roster after sending in my registration and how to do it?

Yes, changes can be made up to 24 hours before the event starts and between the different event stages (RO64, RO32, Amateur League) teams are allowed to switch out their substitutes. Teams who did not submit any subs when registering, are allowed to add 2 subs at any time. For any roster and in-game-name changes after registration, please contact DiamondJ_CS#6933 on Discord.

I am in the Discord server, but I can not see any text channels. What should I do?

Make sure to accept the Discord rules to gain access to the rest of the server. Once you have accepted the rules, go over to the text channel #select-region to gain access to the specific region channels.

Can I pay the entry fee by bank instead of PayPal?

Although we prefer the payment of the entry fees to go by PayPal, we allow teams to pay their entry fee by bank. To pay by bank, please contact DiamondJ_CS#6933 on Discord. We are NOT responsible for any transaction costs if you choose to pay by bank!

Am I allowed to use the DRGN League logo for social media posts?

Yes. We do ask to include "#DRGNLeague" in the message and/or to tag us in the post (@DRGNLeague on Twitter).

My question is not in this list, what can I do?

Make sure to read the event rules before contacting an admin, as your question might be answered there. If you still have any unanswered questions, you can send a message in the support channels of the Discord server.
